One Organization per Email

An email address founds one organization when its emailed code is entered, and signing up again with it sends a code that signs you back in. Other organizations are joined only by invitation from one of their Owners or Admins. Someone signing up from a company domain that already has an organization is told so, and can ask a colleague for an invitation.
