Cookie Policy

Short version: the Recovea marketing site sets no tracking cookies at all, and the signed-in console sets only one essential cookie — your login session. We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party tracking cookies anywhere.

Marketing site (recovea.ai)

No tracking cookies. Our web analytics (PostHog) runs cookieless — it stores nothing on your device — and is suppressed entirely if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do-Not-Track signal. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain.

Signed-in console (platform.recovea.ai)

• Essential — login session (strictly necessary): an HttpOnly session cookie set when you sign in, so the app knows you are authenticated. The product cannot work without it; it carries no advertising or cross-site data.
• Product analytics — no cookie: PostHog stores a pseudonymous id in your browser’s local storage only, to measure how the product is used. Autocapture and session recording are off; it never captures your prompts, completions, or inputs, and it honors Do-Not-Track.
• Error monitoring — no cookie (Sentry): captures technical error diagnostics only, never content or PII.

Your controls

Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is nothing to consent to or reject for tracking. You can still block or clear cookies in your browser (which would end your login session), and you can send a Global Privacy Control / Do-Not-Track signal to switch analytics off entirely.

Visitors in the EU / UK

Recovea is US-based and currently serves US customers. If we begin offering the service in the EEA or UK, we will add a consent mechanism where required before any non-essential storage. See our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors for more.
