ENTERPRISE

Enterprise

Coming 2027

Procurement, security review, and deployment requirements. Deliberately deferred.

  • Not sold today, and not quoted today
  • Everything in Scale is the ceiling until it ships
  • Book a demo and pick Enterprise: the request reaches a founder

Bands are the numbers we measure on, and crossing one emits no charge today: it is shown, never billed. If that ever changes, this page changes first. BYO-key on every plan -- you pay your providers directly, and we never mark up a token. Enterprise is deliberately deferred to 2027 rather than sold as a placeholder.

Your included band, in plain words

Each paid plan includes an amount of routed provider spend. The band is how we size a plan to a workload -- it is not a wall, and it is not a meter that bills you.

  • Under your band: nothing to think about. The meter runs, the receipts are written, the caps you armed stand.
  • Over your band: your traffic keeps flowing exactly as before. The overage is measured and displayed, and no code path charges it today.
  • Far over your band, month after month: fair use. We email you personally and ask you to move to the plan built for that volume, with notice. That is a conversation, never a surprise line on an invoice.
  • Never: we do not block your traffic over money, and we do not take a percentage of what you route or of what you save.

✓ means available today. Planned means on the roadmap and not yet live: we mark it, we do not sell it. Amber marks measured or gated states: savings read measured, never verified, until the evaluation gate is calibrated on real traffic. Enterprise is not in this table because it is not sold until 2027.

Rate limits are indicative, never a guarantee: the limiter runs inside each gateway process, so the throughput you actually get can land above or below the published figure. Every bucket carries a 2x burst, and the figures are sized to be generous: limits bound infrastructure, they are not an axis we price on. The arithmetic is on how rate limits work.

Questions

How does BYO-key work?

You keep your own provider accounts and API keys. Point your base_url at the gateway and every request carries your key to your provider; the response comes straight back. You keep paying your providers directly, at whatever rates you already have with them. We never resell tokens, never mark them up, and never hold provider credit on your behalf.

Leaving is the same one line as joining: point base_url back at your provider and nothing else changes.

Do you take a percentage of my spend?

No, never. Every plan is a flat subscription with a published included band. The meter measures your spend; it never taxes it.

Gain-share (a share of measured savings, not of spend) is a future Scale option and is off · proof pending until the evaluation gate is calibrated on real traffic. It will only ever be opt-in, under a method you can inspect.

What happens when I go over my included band?

Nothing happens to your traffic, and nothing happens to your bill. Routed spend past your included band is measured and shown to you, and no code path charges it today. You see exactly where you stand on the band tile in the dashboard, with the number one click from how it is computed.

The one limit on that: fair use. If your routed volume sits far above your band month after month, we will email you personally and ask you to move to the plan built for that volume, with notice. Never a surprise bill, never a throttle applied quietly, and never a block over money.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?

Every paid tier has a 14-day free trial and it does ask for a card up front. The exact conversion date and amount are shown at checkout before you agree to anything, cancelling is one click, and we send a reminder before the trial converts.

If you would rather not hand over a card at all, the Free plan is cardless and perpetual: it meters your traffic in path and keeps a working cap up to $1,000/mo of routed spend, plus the kill-switch, which has no ceiling on any plan.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is the same plan at -20% of the monthly run rate, billed once. Use the toggle above the plans to see both figures; every card shows the monthly and the annual price at the same time, so the discount is never a number you have to compute.

We send a renewal reminder before an annual term renews, per the refund and cancellation policy.

What support do I get, and where is the line?

Developer and Team are supported through the docs and by email: Docs + email -- bug reports and billing issues always answered, on every plan. Growth and Scale add priority support answered by the founder, and Scale adds a quarterly review.

The line is about hand-holding, not about being ignored: setup help, how-do-I questions and response-time promises start at Growth. A bug, a billing problem, or a security report is answered on every plan, including Free.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

You drop to the Free plan and your app keeps serving. The gateway is designed to keep passing your traffic and the X-ray stays on. Caps up to $1,000/mo on Free -- Developer raises the ceiling to your full band. A cap you armed above that ceiling is clamped down to it with an explicit notice, never switched off silently, and the kill-switch keeps working.

Your receipts and ledger remain yours: the ledger is hash-chained and can be re-derived offline, so the proof outlives the subscription.

Will the gateway slow my requests down?

The only latency figure we quote: ~1ms p50 / 2ms p95 local gateway overhead (measured July 2026, non-production) -- a benchmark of the gateway hop, off production, with the date attached so you can see how old it is. And if the gateway ever degrades, your traffic goes straight to the provider: fail-open everywhere, except the cap you armed -- a cap refuses on purpose, which is the whole point of arming one.

See your real spend before you pay a dollar.
